How it works

  1. Set up the call

Choose one of seven scenarios, a buyer, a difficulty and the product — yours or one of ours.

  2. Sell, out loud

The AI buyer has real problems, a budget and objections — and only opens up when you ask the right questions.

  3. Get coached

Scores for five sales skills, which hidden needs you found, where the deal stands and better lines to try next time.

What's assessed

Five sales skills

Opening, discovery questions, value pitch, objection handling and closing — weighted for the kind of call you chose.

Hidden needs & deal outcome

Every buyer hides real pains. See which ones you uncovered, your talk ratio, your questions — and whether the deal moved forward.

How you sound

Grammar, speaking pace, filler words, clarity and confidence — plus rewrites of your weakest lines.

Pricing

Start with a free role-play and its full report, then pick a plan when you're ready to practise seriously.

Plans are one-time payments via Razorpay — cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. Unused sessions expire when the plan ends; your reports stay. Training a sales team? [email protected]

Sales role-play practice, any time

The fastest way to get better at selling is to sell — but practising on real prospects is expensive, and role-plays with colleagues are hard to schedule and rarely honest. Sales Coach gives you a realistic buyer whenever you want one.

Each AI buyer has a company, a personality, problems they won't mention unless you ask well, a budget, a decision process and objections. Pick from seven scenarios — cold call, elevator pitch, discovery call, product demo, objection handling, pricing and closing, renewal and upsell — at three difficulty levels.

Questions

What do I need for a role-play?

A microphone and a quiet room. Headphones work best so the buyer's voice isn't picked up by your mic. It runs in Chrome, Edge or Safari on a laptop or phone — use "Test microphone" before you start.

Can I practise selling my own product?

Yes. Choose "My own product" and describe it in a line or two. The buyer reacts to it — and tells you honestly if it doesn't fit their problems.

Where does my conversation go?

The AI buyer, speech recognition, the buyer's voice and the report all run on AI models hosted by Techix Academy — your conversation isn't sent to third-party AI services. The transcript and report are saved to your account. Audio is only kept if you switch on "Save a recording", and then for two weeks.

How is the score calculated?

Overall is 65% sales skills and 35% communication. 80 or more is Deal-ready, 60 to 79 is Developing, below 60 is Needs practice. Sales skills are weighted for the scenario — a discovery call is mostly about questions, a negotiation mostly about holding value and closing.

Can I pause or stop early?

Pause stops the clock for up to 2 minutes. You can end the call any time; calls shorter than 2 minutes aren't assessed and don't use a session.

How does the Premium coaching session work?

After you buy Premium we email you within one working day to schedule a live 30-minute role-play with a senior sales coach, or a written review of one of your calls.
